The Angry Babies bring an energetic, all-acoustic reimagining of classic 80s New Wave, synth-pop, and post-punk to stages across Southern California. Based in Riverside, CA, the band strips away the synthesized walls of the 1980s to unleash the raw rhythm, timeless hooks, and undeniable songwriting of the era’s most iconic tracks.

Armed with driving acoustic arrangements and crisp vocal harmonies, The Angry Babies deliver high-energy renditions of favorites by The Cure, Depeche Mode, Talking Heads, Tears for Fears, and New Order to name a few. Grown from a genuine love of New Wave, their dynamic live set bridges the nostalgia of classic radio with the intimacy and punch of an all-acoustic performance—making them a perfect fit for craft taprooms, festivals, and high-impact private events.
